Abstract
Polymer polyols (PMPO) that are a dispersion of polymer particles in a base polyol, in which the PMPO includes a reaction mixture that includes a base polyol, a pre-formed stabilizer (PFS), and an ethylenically unsaturated composition. The ethylenically unsaturated composition includes an ethylenically unsaturated compound (1) that is a reaction product of a free radically polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated monomer with a hydroxy-terminated alkylene oxide adduct.
