Abstract

One embodiment of the present disclosure provides a copper foil including a copper film having a matte surface and a shiny surface; and a protective layer disposed on the copper film, wherein when the boundary in which an orientation difference between adjacent pixels is 5° or more is considered as a grain boundary, the area ratio of crystal grains (including twins) having a high-temperature GOS value in the range of 0° or more and less than 2° is 45% to 93% of the total cross-sectional area. The high-temperature GOS value is measured for a cross-section of the copper foil using an electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) pattern analyzer after the copper foil is heat-treated at 190°C for an hour.
