Abstract
A thin film measuring device is disclosed. The present invention is advantageous in that the thin film measuring device reduces the number of components compared to an existing device, thereby reducing manufacturing costs, simplifying manufacturing, and reducing manufacturing time and measuring time. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the thin film measuring device measures a thickness or a shape of an insulating film with respect to a region of the insulating film corresponding to a region of light reaching the insulating film by using a spectral plane generated by a spectroscopic module.
