Abstract
To provide a pressure sensor having a thin-film form and flexibility, particularly a multipoint three-axis pressure sensor capable of detecting a pressure distribution in three axial directions. The pressure sensor includes a porous rubber layer 100 having a first main surface 101 and a second main surface 102, a photoirradiation layer disposed on the first main surface, and a light detection layer disposed on the second main surface. Spot-like light is irradiated onto the porous rubber layer along a direction from the first main surface toward the second main surface. A pressure applied to the porous rubber layer is measured based on an intensity distribution, at the second main surface, of the spot-like light irradiated onto the first main surface, the intensity distribution changing in accordance with a pressure applied to the porous rubber layer.
