Abstract
The present invention concerns a method for the detection of one or more microorganisms in a measuring cell that comprises sensors with detection elements immobilized thereon with a binding site that selectively binds to analytes. The cell medium is a culture medium that supports the growth of the microorganisms to be detected. The pH of the cell medium is controlled. The present invention also concerns a measuring device for use in the method of the present invention.
