Abstract
A battery diagnosis device (20) may include a database (270) configured to store design data (271) during design process for a battery (10), process data (272) collected during a process of manufacturing the battery (10), evaluation data (273) collected during a process of evaluating the battery (10), and field data (274) collected during a field process with the battery (10). A data link unit (260) is configured to link the design data (271), the process data (272), the evaluation data (273), and the field data (274). A processor (220) configured to, by executing an algorithm stored in a memory (230), (i) extract features based on each of the design data (271), the process data (272), the evaluation data (273), and the field data (274) in the order of the field data (274), the evaluation data (273), the process data (272), and the design data (271), and (ii) generate battery status information including information about the cause of deterioration of the battery (10) and the timing of deterioration of the battery (10) based on the extracted features.
