Abstract
A battery diagnosis apparatus according to an embodiment disclosed herein includes an information obtaining unit configured to measure a current and a voltage of each of a plurality of battery cells, a resistance measuring unit configured to measure a cell resistance of the plurality of battery cells based on a discharging current and a discharging voltage of each of the plurality of battery cells, and a controller configured to apply a preset charging current to each of the plurality of battery cells for a preset charging time before resistance measurement of the resistance measuring unit and determine an assembly state of each of the plurality of battery cells based on the cell resistance.
