Abstract
A battery diagnosis device according to an embodiment of this document may include an acquisition unit that acquires time series voltage data of a plurality of battery cells, a conversion unit that converts the time series voltage data into standard score (Z-score) data in units of cell groups, a calculation unit that calculates a cell diagnosis feature value based on the standard score data, and a diagnosis unit that diagnoses an abnormality of the plurality of battery cells based on the calculated cell diagnosis feature value.
