Abstract

According to an embodiment disclosed in this document, a process management apparatus may include a sensor including an air supply unit and an exhaust unit, each operating at a rotational speed to form an airflow to slurry, and a damper to control the airflow, the sensor configured to measure the differential pressure of at least some of a plurality of drying zones for drying the slurry, and a controller configured to adjust at least one of the rotational speed of the air supply unit, the rotational speed of the exhaust unit, and the opening rate of the damper based on the measured differential pressures.
