Abstract
The present invention is an operation planning apparatus setting an operation plan of a vehicle as an electrical automobile in accordance with a movement demand of a user, including: an operation plan prediction part predicting a route and a schedule of traveling of the vehicle in a sequential operation based on an operation condition of the vehicle and an unknown movement demand predicted to occur; a required electrical power amount calculation part calculating a required electrical power amount which should be ensured by the vehicle for the route and the schedule predicted by the operation plan prediction part; and a vehicle appropriation part appropriating the vehicle which can ensure the required electrical power amount for the sequential operation.
