Abstract
A semiconductor circuit according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a first inverter configured to apply an inverted voltage of a voltage at a first node to a second node; a second inverter configured to apply an inverted voltage of a voltage at the second node to the first node; first and second bit lines; a first transistor provided on a path coupling the first bit line and the first node to each other; a second transistor provided on a path coupling the second bit line and the second node to each other; first and second control lines; a first ferroelectric capacitor provided on a path coupling the first control line and the first node to each other; a second ferroelectric capacitor provided on a path coupling the second control line and the second node to each other; a third transistor including a gate coupled to the second node; a first signal line; and a fourth transistor provided on a path coupling the first signal line and the third transistor to each other.
