Abstract

An isotope battery unit is provided, which includes a first isotope battery layer including two or more first radiation sources extending in a first direction and a second isotope battery layer including two or more second radiation sources extending in a second direction different from the first direction, wherein the first isotope battery layer includes: the first radiation sources; a first conductivity-type semiconductor layer partially surrounding the first radiation sources such that one side surface of the first radiation sources is exposed; and a second conductivity-type semiconductor layer provided spaced apart from the first radiation sources with the first conductivity-type semiconductor layer interposed therebetween, and having first trenches on a surface spaced apart from the first conductivity-type semiconductor layer, wherein the first radiation sources and the second radiation sources cross and contact each other.
