Abstract
The present specification relates to a negative electrode active material, and a negative electrode and a secondary battery comprising same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a negative electrode active material comprising a silicon-based active material and a coating layer provided thereon, wherein the silicon-based active material comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of pure Si, SiOx (0<x<2) and Si/C, and the coating layer comprises an inorganic flame retardant.
