Abstract
An easy-to-handle solid electrolyte base material for obtaining solid electrolytes with high ionic conductivity and suppressed short circuits. The solid electrolyte base material is used in the manufacture of a solid electrolyte, and includes: a base; a first particle portion which is elastically held on the base by an adhesive; and a second particle portion which is held by being stacked with respect to the first particle portion and which includes a green compact of a solid electrolyte particle.
