Abstract

Embodiments provide a battery cell assembly. The battery cell assembly includes a plurality of battery cells arranged in a first direction and an integrated circuit assembly covering the plurality of battery cells, in which the integrated circuit assembly includes an insulating frame including an insulating material and an integrated circuit mounted on the insulating frame and configured to be electrically connected to the plurality of battery cells, the insulating frame includes a first side facing the plurality of battery cells, and the first side is rib-free.
