Abstract
A battery cell according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include an inner cell in which an electrode assembly is housed in a pouch-shaped outer packaging; a case accommodating the inner cell and having higher rigidity than the outer packaging; an end cover covering an end portion of the case and having an insulating material; and a pad disposed in close contact between an inner surface of the case and an outer surface of the inner cell and configured to elastically deform.
