Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a battery box, and the battery box according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes a battery cell including an electrode assembly extended in an direction, an outer casing film accommodating the electrode assembly and a cap coupled to the outer casing film and shielding a side of the electrode assembly in a length direction; and a cover frame supporting the battery cell and having an opening, wherein the outer casing film includes an accommodation portion surrounding the electrode assembly; and a venting portion present on a side of the accommodation portion, and wherein the venting portion is positioned facing the opening.
