Abstract
A vibration actuator (10) includes: a first planar body (30) and a second planar body (32) that are magnetic bodies and are disposed to face each other; a third planar body (80) that is disposed between the first planar body (30) and the second planar body (32) and includes a magnetic body; a plate-shaped electromagnet part (20) that includes a magnetic pole part (34), a flat plate-shaped coil (50) surrounding the magnetic pole part (34), and a board part (40) connected to the flat plate-shaped coil (50), and that is disposed on one planar body (30) of the first planar body (30) and the third planar body (80) to face an other planar body (80) of the first planar body (30) and the third planar body (80); another electromagnet part (22) that is configured in the same manner as the plate-shaped electromagnet part (20) and is disposed on one planar body (32) of the second planar body (32) and the third planar body (80) to face an other planar body (80) of the second planar body (32) and the third planar body (80); and an elastic supporting part (60) that supports the third planar body (80) with respect to the first planar body (30) such that the third planar body (80) is movable in a facing direction, in which at least two of the first planar body (30), the second planar body (32), and the third planar body (80) are displaced to approach each other and vibrate by a magnetic force generated by energization of a plurality of the flat plate-shaped coils (50, 52).
