Abstract

A power conversion device includes a plurality of electronic components having different amounts of heat generation and different heat-resistant temperatures, and a cooling plate through which a cooling fluid that cools a plurality of the electronic components flows. A plurality of the electronic components include a first cooling target having a relatively small amount of heat generation and a relatively low heat-resistant temperature, and a second cooling target having a relatively large amount of heat generation and a relatively high heat-resistant temperature, and in the cooling plate, a flow path is formed such that the cooling fluid flows from the first cooling target toward the second cooling target.
