Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a communication method, a terminal, a network device, and a storage medium. The communication method comprises: receiving first information, the first information being used for activating at least two target transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states; receiving a synchronization signal block (SSB) transmitted by a transmission and reception point (TRP) corresponding to each target TCI state, wherein the first SSBs transmitted by the TRPs corresponding to the at least two target TCI states have an overlap in time domain; and on the basis of the received SSBs transmitted by the TRPs corresponding to the target TCI states, determining the switching delay time of the target TCI state s. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, when the first SSBs transmitted by at least two TRPs among mTRPs partially or completely overlap, a terminal can accurately determine the switching delay time of target TCI states.
