Abstract
The present application belongs to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a data transmission negotiation method and apparatus, and a device and a storage medium. The method comprises: transmitting at least one frame, wherein the frame is used for negotiating whether to use out-of-order transmission. Negotiation is performed in advance concerning out-of-order transmission, and how to use the out-of-order transmission is specified, thereby ensuring that data transmission can be performed between a first device and another communication device on the basis of a definite transmission mechanism.
