Abstract

Provided are an image processing method, an image processing apparatus, a program, and conversion data in which a pixel value of image data serving as a basis of an output image is converted according to a tendency of a pixel value of read data of the output image. An image processing method includes acquiring first image data (S10), acquiring second image data (S12), creating conversion data for converting the first image data for each color, based on a statistical value of a set of second pixel values for each first pixel value, where the second pixel value of the second image data is associated with a first pixel value at the same pixel position in the first image data, each time the second image data is acquired (S20), and converting the first image data for each color using the conversion data (S22).
