Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a display device including the same, and a method thereof. A display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include: a display; a wireless communication interface; and a controller, and the controller may confirm information related to an output of a content through the display, based on activation of a predetermined function of broadcasting an audio packet including audio data through the wireless communication interface, determine whether a predetermined condition related to providing an audio of a predetermined content output through the display is satisfied, based on the information related to the output of the content, broadcast a first audio packet including audio data of the predetermined content through the wireless communication interface, based on satisfaction of the predetermined condition, and perform a predetermined operation related to encryption of the audio data of the predetermined content based on dissatisfaction of the predetermined condition.
