Abstract
A shooting method and an electronic device are provided and applied to the field of terminal technologies. The method includes: starting a camera sensor at a first moment; obtaining an exposure parameter and an aperture parameter of an N<sup>th</sup> frame at a second moment; delivering the exposure parameter to the camera sensor at a third moment; adjusting an aperture based on the aperture parameter at a fourth moment by an aperture component; and delivering first calibration data to the camera sensor at a fifth moment. In embodiments of this application, delivery of the calibration data after the camera sensor starts flowing is supported, which improves image output quality and helps enhance shooting experience of a user.
