Abstract
A terminal according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a receiving section that receives information related to a target cell to be a switching candidate for a serving cell and information related to a transmission configuration indication (TCI) state, and a control section that determines a TCI state switching delay, based on an active TCI state list included in the information related to the TCI state.
