Abstract

This disclosure provides an information transmission method, apparatus, and device. The information transmission method includes: in a case that a terminal is configured with first configuration information, obtaining first information, the first configuration information being conditional configuration information for subsequent cell addition and/or change, the first information being subsequent cell addition and/or change-related information; sending the first information to a network device; wherein the first information includes at least one of the following: subsequent cell addition and/or change information, or subsequent cell addition and/or change list information.
