Abstract
A communication method and apparatus, and a device and a storage medium, which belong to the technical field of mobile communications. The method is executed by a terminal device, and comprises: accessing a first subsystem in a communication system (301), wherein the communication system includes a main system and two or more sub-systems; a first sub-system is one of the two or more sub-systems; the two or more sub-systems respectively correspond to different services and/or capabilities; the main system is used for providing a shared capability and/or resource for the two or more subsystems, wherein the two or more subsystems have different synchronization configurations and/or access configurations. Provided in the solution is an access scheme in the case where a network system is divided into a plurality of sub-systems.
