Abstract

Provided are a wireless communication method, a terminal device, and a network device. The method comprises: a first terminal device receiving configuration information, wherein the configuration information is used for indicating one or more of the following: a target resource that can be used in a measurement gap and for uplink and/or downlink transmission; a target logical channel that can be used in the measurement gap; a target logical channel group that can be used in the measurement gap; a target service that can be transmitted in the measurement gap; a target HARQ process that can be transmitted in the measurement gap; whether uplink and/or downlink transmission can be executed in the measurement gap; and whether target transmission can be executed in the measurement gap. In the present application, a network device configures, for a terminal device, a target resource that can be used in a measurement gap and for uplink and/or downlink transmission, etc.; and the terminal device can then perform a related transmission in the measurement gap on the basis of the configuration performed by the network device, thus facilitating a reduction in the influence of the measurement gap on the service quality of a related service.
