Abstract

A pixel includes: a driving transistor including: a source region electrically connected to a driving voltage line, which receives a driving voltage and disposed in one side of a semiconductor substrate, a drain region disposed in an opposite side of the semiconductor substrate, a channel region disposed in a portion of the semiconductor substrate between the source region and the drain region and having an asymmetrical shape with respect to a center of the channel region, an insulating layer disposed on the channel region, and a gate electrode disposed on the insulating layer and overlapping the channel region in a plan view, wherein the driving transistor is configured to generate a driving current, and a light-emitting element, which generates light based on the driving current and including an anode electrode and a cathode electrode.
