Abstract

A display device (10) according to the present disclosure includes a substrate (110), a transistor (TR) on a surface of the substrate (110), an under-anode insulating layer (129) disposed on the transistor (TR) and including first and second portions (131a, 131b) having different thicknesses (t) from each other and a third portion connecting the first and second portions (131a, 131b), a pixel electrode (131) on the first portion (131a), the second portion (131b), and the third portion, a pixel defining layer (135) on the pixel electrode (131) and the under-anode insulating layer (129), a light-emitting layer (132) on the pixel electrode (131), and a common electrode (133) on the light-emitting layer (132) and the pixel defining layer (135). The under-anode insulating layer (129) includes a first under-anode insulating layer (1291) including a first hole (H1) in the first portion (131a) , and a second under-anode insulating layer (1292) defining or including at least a portion within the first hole (H1) and corresponding to or contacting the first portion (131a). The first under-anode insulating layer (1291) includes an inorganic material, and the second under-anode insulating layer (1292) includes an organic material.
