Abstract
A transparent display device (1a) and a manufacturing method of a tiled display device (51) are provided. The transparent display device includes a substrate (12), a plurality of units (14), and a first alignment mark (M1). The substrate has a display region (DR). The units are disposed in the display region and repeatedly arranged in a first direction (X) and in a second direction (Y), and each of the units includes a pixel region (PXR) and a transparent region (TR1), in which each of the units includes at least one light-emitting element (16a) corresponding to the pixel region. The first alignment mark is disposed in the display region and formed of at least two pattern layers, in which at least one of the pattern layers includes metal, and in a top-view direction (Z), the first alignment mark is disposed in one of the units.
