Abstract
The present invention relates to an oral pouch filler containing an active substance, the oral pouch filler comprising: an excipient comprising cellulose and sugar alcohols; a binder, a pH adjuster; and a flavoring agent, wherein the sugar alcohols include sorbitol, and when the oral pouch filler is used, the release rate of the active substance is controlled such that the absorption rate of the active substance into the body of a user can be controlled.
