Abstract
The present invention relates to a nicotine pouch filler comprising: nicotine; a release control excipient including at least one selected from the group consisting of cellulose and a sugar alcohol; a binder, a pH adjuster; and a flavoring, wherein the content of nicotine is 2.5-10 wt% with respect to the total solid content of the nicotine pouch filler, and the content of the release control excipient is 5.5-36 times that of nicotine.
