Abstract

Embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of electronic atomization, and disclosed are a control method and an aerosol generating device. On the basis of energy demand characteristics in the baking process of an aerosol-forming substrate, the entire baking process is divided into multiple time periods, and corresponding energy supply is set for each period, such that the aerosol-forming substrate receives heat output by a heater in time periods, and the aerosol generated after baking can rapidly reach an inhalable state and maintain the inhalable state. In addition, on the basis of heat conduction characteristics, for each first time period, energy is continuously supplied in a first time interval and the supply of energy is stopped in a second time interval, such that the temperature first rises to the highest temperature and then falls to the lowest temperature within the first time period, and a temperature difference between the highest temperature and the lowest temperature is above 15 °C, and thus, the heat provided by the heater can be absorbed in a relatively large proportion by the aerosol-forming substrate when energy is supplied in the next time period. Therefore, the effects of improving the energy utilization efficiency and reducing the energy consumption are achieved.
