Abstract

A shoe (1) includes a sole (10) and an upper (20). The sole (10) has a heel support portion, an upper bulging portion (152) formed at an outer peripheral surface (S10) of the sole, a lower bulging portion (154) formed at the outer peripheral surface (S10) of the sole, and an outer peripheral groove portion (156) formed at a portion between the upper bulging portion and the lower bulging portion, of the outer peripheral surface (S10) of the sole. The outer peripheral groove portion (156) has a medial foot-side front end portion (156a) located at a front end on a medial foot side, and a lateral foot-side front end portion located at a front end on a lateral foot side. The outer peripheral groove portion (156) includes a region (156R) in which a depth of the outer peripheral groove portion (156) gradually becomes shallower toward the medial foot-side front end portion (156a).
