Abstract

Disclosed are a locking device, a tissue ligation apparatus, and an endoscopic surgical instrument, belonging to the technical field of medical devices. In the embodiment of the present invention, a locking member and an elastic member are provided in an inner cavity of a housing of the locking device, the elastic member is capable of generating an elastic force due to its own elastic deformation, and the elastic force is applied to the locking member to continuously press the locking member. The first threading hole and the second threading hole of the housing, and the threading channel of the locking member, can be configured to thread the medical wire, so that the locking member, being pressed by the elastic force of the elastic member, can press the medical wire, which is threaded through the threading channel, against the housing, thereby fixing the medical wire and realizing the locking of the medical wire. Moreover, since the elastic force of the elastic member continuously acts on the locking member, it can continuously press the medical wire, reducing the occurrence of loosening caused by tissue peristalsis or tissue elasticity, and improving surgical efficiency and the success rate of surgery.
