Abstract

A power conversion device is a power conversion device provided in a vehicle drive device that transmits driving force of a traveling motor to a wheel, the power conversion device includes a plurality of conversion modules each of which is disposed in each of a plurality of layers overlapping each other in a vertical direction, a plurality of the conversion modules respectively arranged in the layers have a relatively larger weight from the layer on an upper side toward the layer on a lower side, and among a plurality of electronic components constituting the conversion module in the same layer, the electronic component having a relatively large weight is disposed in a gravity center region in the layer on the lower side.
