Abstract

A computer system (270, 280, 400) and computer-implemented method (300) are disclosed for manoeuvring a dolly vehicle (200) comprising a pivoted front wheel (210), a left rear wheel (230), and a right rear wheel (240). The computer-implemented method (300) comprises: acquiring (302), by processing circuitry (275, 285, 402) of a computer system (270, 280, 400), a desired steering angle for the pivoted front wheel (210); determining (304), by the processing circuitry (275, 285, 402), a steering moment (Mst) to provide the desired steering angle at the pivoted front wheel (210); and determining (306), by the processing circuitry (275, 285, 402), a drive torque (Tel2, Tel3) for one or more of the left rear wheel (230) and the right rear wheel (240) to provide the determined steering moment (Mst). This provides improved manoeuvrability of the dolly vehicle.
