Abstract

A vehicle body and a vehicle. The vehicle body is provided with an auxiliary frame (1) and a battery pack (2) therein, wherein an energy absorbing structure (3) is provided on the side of the auxiliary frame (1) close to the battery pack (2); the energy absorbing structure (3) extends toward the battery pack (2); and the end of the energy absorbing structure (3) close to the battery pack (2) at least partly overlaps with the projection of the battery pack (2) in a front-back direction of the whole vehicle. In the vehicle body, the energy absorbing structure (3) is arranged on the auxiliary frame (1), and the end of the energy absorbing structure (3) close to the battery pack (2) at least partly overlaps with the projection of the battery pack (2) in the front-back direction of the whole vehicle, thereby facilitating the transmission of force between the auxiliary frame (1) and the battery pack (2) during vehicle collision, being beneficial for improving an energy absorbing effect during collision, and being capable of inhibiting the pulling of the auxiliary frame (1) on a rear section of a longitudinal beam and on a footwell area, thus reducing the amount of intrusion on a footwell.
