Abstract

An automatic movement device of the present disclosure is an automatic movement device for use in a conveyance system configured to convey a conveyance object, the automatic movement device including: a movement control section configured to move the conveyance object to a conveyance position of the conveyance object and, when the conveyance object is unable to be placed at the conveyance position, cause a drive section to move the conveyance object to a conveyance position of a next conveyance object and place the conveyance object there.
