Abstract
According to one embodiment, provided is a sialylated Fc region variant comprising the following amino acid variations (1) and (2): (1) amino acid residues 234 and/or 235 are substituted by serine, threonine, asparagine, glutamine, cysteine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, lysine, arginine, histidine, glycine, alanine, proline, methionine, valine, or isoleucine; and (2) amino acid residue 293 or 294 is deleted.
