Abstract
The invention provides an anti-gpNMB antibody that binds to and acts on gpNMB and removes malfunctional microglia, etc., as well as uses thereof. Specifically, the antibody specifically binds to at least one site in a region from the PMEL-CAF-like domain to the PKD domain of sgpNMB.
