Abstract
Provided is a curable epoxy composition that is curable in a short time in the presence of oxygen and is excellent in filling property. The curable epoxy composition contains an epoxy compound having an epoxy group in the molecule, and a photocationic polymerization initiator. The curable epoxy composition is for a rotary electric machine and/a semiconductor. The curable epoxy composition is preferably substantially free of a curing agent other than a photocationic polymerization initiator. The curable epoxy composition may contain a polyol.
