Abstract
Provided is a remover that can favorably remove resin deposits derived from adhesive polymers without relying on organic solvents. Provided also is a method for cleaning a polymerization vessel with polymer scale deposits. A resin deposit remover is provided for removing resin deposits derived from adhesive polymers. The resin deposit remover comprises electrolyzed water and a surfactant having an amine structure or amide group in its molecule. The resin deposit remover has a pH of 12.5 or higher.
