Abstract
The present invention provides a compound, which is an antisense oligonucleotide which consists of 8 to 80 linked nucleosides and having a nucleobase sequence including at least 8 contiguous nucleobases complementary to a transcript of RasGRP4, as an antisense oligonucleotide capable of controlling RasGRP4 gene expression and treating myositis and rheumatoid arthritis, or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof.
