Abstract
The present invention provides a primer/probe composition for capillary electrophoresis analysis, a detection method, and a use. The primer/probe composition comprises: a forward primer, a reverse primer, and a nucleic acid probe. The 5' end of the nucleic acid probe carries a fluorescent label, and neither the forward primer nor the reverse primer carries a fluorescent label.
