Abstract

Provided is a surface-treatment solution for a galvanized steel sheet that has excellent storage stability and that can be used to produce a galvanized steel sheet with a surface-coating layer that has excellent long-term perspiration resistance and planar part anti-corrosion property. The surface-treatment solution for galvanized steel sheet includes a first surface-treatment solution (X) and a second surface-treatment solution (Y). The first surface-treatment solution (X) contains a silane coupling agent (A) having a glycidyl group, a tetraalkoxysilane (B), a zirconium carbonate compound (C), a sodium silicate (D1), a vanadium compound (E), a molybdic acid compound (F), and water, the contents of which satisfy defined relationships. The second surface-treatment solution (Y) contains a sodium silicate (D2), an anionic polyurethane resin (G), and water, the contents of which satisfy defined relationships.
