Abstract

A drying system includes an air duct arranged above a drum assembly and connected to the drum assembly, and a heat pump system. An evaporator and a condenser of the heat pump system are sequentially arranged between an air inlet end and an air outlet end of the air duct; a compressor of the heat pump system is arranged at middle portion below the drum assembly, spaced apart from a vertical axial plane of the drum assembly, and its input port and output port are connected to the evaporator and the condenser through pipe, respectively. An air duct is arranged above the drum assembly, and a compressor is arranged in middle below the drum assembly, spaced apart from the vertical axial plane of the drum assembly. That is, the compressor is arranged on one side below the drum assembly, and the space on both sides below the drum assembly can be fully utilized to lay out the drying system, so the layout is more compact, and it is beneficial to reduce the overall size of the laundry treatment apparatus. A laundry treatment apparatus with the drying system is also provided.
