Abstract
A method and apparatus for controlling a clothes treatment device (10). The method comprises: spraying washing foam to a load in a clothes treatment cavity; on the basis of the spraying of the washing foam being stopped, controlling the clothes treatment cavity to stand still or rotate for a preset soaking duration; and on the basis of the preset soaking duration being reached, feeding water into the clothes treatment cavity by means of a dispensing assembly. The clothes treatment device (10) can reduce the friction between clothes and the clothes treatment cavity, better protecting the clothes, and can also make detergent components in a detergent be in sufficient contact with stains, improving the stain removal of the clothes.
