Abstract

The present invention relates to an oil-free air compressor. An oil-free air compressor, comprising a cylinder body (1), which is internally provided with a primary compression chamber (4), a primary exhaust chamber (5) and a high-pressure chamber (8); wherein the primary compression chamber (4) and the primary exhaust chamber (5) are coaxially arranged and are respectively parallel to the axis of the high-pressure chamber (8); the sum of the axial length of the primary compression chamber (4) and the axial length of the primary exhaust chamber (5) is less than the axial length of the high-pressure chamber (8). The present invention solves the technical problem existing in the prior art: how to shorten the axial stroke of the low-pressure piston assembly.
